Marginalization

I like to know about the intersectional discrimination of marginalized peoples, but sometimes it goes too far. I understand minorities being unfairly prosecuted/jail or jailed for minor things with long prison sentences and how rejection by society plays a role in life choices. But when you are talking about actual FELONS (such as embezzlement or aggravated assault/battery) I can’t get behind that just because “criminals are a minority, too.” Men are able to get their records expunged, and we’re surprised that rape is a major issue in the military?!
